MicroTrain’s Computer Technician/Help Desk (A+, Network+, MCP) program combines CompTIA certifications with a Microsoft certification and is designed as an entry level program into the field of Information Technology. By providing the the students with CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications along with a Microsoft Certification, this program will give students the skills in PC Hardware and Software and basic networking concepts to allow them to become Help Desk Analyst, Computer Technicians, or IT Administrators. Certified Professionals report that they have more confidence on the job, see an improvement of the quality of their work and enjoy a higher demand for their services. Employers feel the same way. In fact, 74% of IT managers say CompTIA certification and Microsoft certification are important factors in considering an employee for a promotion.
